You can ask us to delete your iCrush account and the data associated with it at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app. If you have already uninstalled it, use the form further down this page.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Open the iCrush app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation screen and tap Delete my account.
Your profile is hidden from all other users straight away and you are signed out. Your data is permanently erased 30 days later. Signing back in during those 30 days cancels the deletion and restores your account.
Option 2 — Request deletion using the form below
- Enter the email address on your iCrush account.
- Optionally tell us why — this is not required.
- Tap Request account deletion.
- We confirm the request by replying to that email address, then delete the account. This is completed within 30 days of your request.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile: name, date of birth, gender, bio, location and preferences
- Your photos and any other media you uploaded
- Your matchmaking answers and computed matches
- Your matches, likes and the messages you sent
- Your rooms, room memberships and pending invites
- Your notifications and push-notification tokens
- Your candy balance and in-app activity history
What is kept, and for how long
| Messages you sent to other users | Deleted from our servers along with your account. Copies already delivered to another person's device remain on their device, which is outside our control. |

| Group chats and rooms you took part in | You are removed from the member list and your messages are deleted. The conversation itself remains for the other members. |
| Reports and safety records about your account | Kept for up to 12 months in a form not linked to your profile, so we can keep other users safe and prevent banned accounts being recreated. |
| Purchase and payment records | Kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically 7 years. These records are held by the app store that processed the payment, not by iCrush. |
| Server and security logs | Automatically deleted after 30 days. |
| Backups | Deleted data can persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion, after which the backup expires. |
Deletion cannot be undone once the 30-day window has passed.
