This Acceptable Use Policy, or AUP, explains the rules that apply when you access or use iCrush, including the iCrush mobile application, website, web application, messaging features, profiles, feeds, chatrooms, community features, and any other products or services operated by iCrush LLC.
By using iCrush, you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other policies made available through the platform.
Our goal is to provide an environment where adults can meet, date, connect, socialize, and build relationships while maintaining reasonable standards for safety, authenticity, consent, and lawful behavior.
Violations of this policy may result in content removal, warnings, restrictions, suspension, permanent account termination, or referral to appropriate authorities.
1. Adults Only
iCrush is strictly for adults who are 18 years of age or older.
You may not:
- Create or maintain an iCrush account if you are under 18.
- Misrepresent your age in order to access iCrush.
- Create an account on behalf of someone under 18.
- Allow a person under 18 to access or use your account.
- Upload photographs, videos, or other content depicting minors in a sexual, suggestive, romantic, or dating-related context.
- Attempt to use iCrush to meet, communicate sexually with, solicit, groom, or arrange sexual activity with anyone under 18.
- Encourage a minor to conceal their age or participation on the platform.
If we reasonably believe a user may be under 18, we may require additional age or identity verification and may suspend access while verification is completed.
Accounts belonging to individuals determined to be under 18 will be removed.
2. Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
iCrush has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse.
You may not create, upload, request, possess, distribute, transmit, link to, promote, solicit, or otherwise facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material, commonly known as CSAM.
- Sexual images, videos, illustrations, animations, or other sexual depictions of minors.
- Sexualized content involving a person who appears to be a minor.
- Grooming or attempted grooming of minors.
- Sexual conversations or sexual propositions directed toward minors.
- Content that promotes, normalizes, glorifies, or instructs others in the sexual exploitation of children.
- Requests for sexual images or videos from a minor.
- Sextortion involving a minor.
- Attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
Where appropriate or required by law, iCrush may preserve relevant information and report suspected child exploitation or abuse to law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other appropriate authorities.
3. Illegal Activities
You may not use iCrush to commit, promote, arrange, encourage, facilitate, advertise, or assist with illegal activity.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Fraud.
- Theft.
- Extortion.
- Blackmail.
- Identity theft.
- Money laundering.
- Stalking.
- Sexual assault.
- Physical assault.
- Kidnapping.
- Human trafficking.
- Sex trafficking.
- Exploitation of minors.
- Distribution of illegal drugs.
- Sale or trafficking of prohibited weapons.
- Solicitation of criminal services.
- Financial crimes.
- Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or devices.
- Sharing unlawfully obtained private information.
- Any other activity prohibited by applicable law.
Using iCrush to plan an illegal activity is prohibited even if the illegal activity ultimately does not occur.
4. Human Trafficking and Sex Trafficking
You may not use iCrush to facilitate, recruit for, promote, arrange, advertise, or participate in human trafficking or sex trafficking.
This includes:
- Recruiting individuals for commercial sexual activity through force, fraud, coercion, or exploitation.
- Offering, requesting, buying, selling, or arranging another person for sexual services.
- Controlling or attempting to control another person's sexual activity for financial gain.
- Transporting, harboring, recruiting, or exploiting individuals for forced labor or commercial sex.
- Advertising or promoting trafficking-related services.
- Using threats, debt, immigration status, housing, employment, or other forms of leverage to coerce another person into sexual activity.
Suspected trafficking activity may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
5. Sexual Content on Profiles and Public Areas
iCrush is an adult dating and social platform, but it is not a pornography platform.
Profiles and publicly visible areas of iCrush must remain appropriate for a general adult dating audience.
You may not publicly post:
- Nudity or visible genitalia.
- Pornographic photographs or videos.
- Images primarily focused on genitalia, buttocks, or sexual activity.
- Images depicting erections or explicit sexual arousal.
- Sexual acts, simulated sexual acts, or masturbation.
- Graphic descriptions of sexual acts intended primarily for sexual stimulation.
- Explicit fetish content.
- Sexual fluids or graphic sexual imagery.
- Links directing users to pornographic content.
- Advertisements for pornography or sexually explicit services.
This restriction applies to profile photographs, profile descriptions, usernames, public posts, public feeds, chatrooms, missed connections, comments, and other publicly visible content.
iCrush may use automated systems, human moderation, or both to determine whether content violates these standards.
6. Private Adult Sexual Content
Where iCrush provides private messaging, private albums, disappearing media, or similar private features, consenting adults may share certain intimate content where permitted by the functionality of the service.
However, all participants must be 18 or older and the content must be lawful and consensual.
The following remain prohibited even in private communications:
- Child sexual abuse material.
- Sexual content involving minors or persons portrayed as minors.
- Non-consensual intimate images.
- Secretly recorded sexual activity.
- Sexual assault content.
- Bestiality.
- Trafficking-related content.
- Sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion.
- Content obtained through coercion, threats, deception, or unauthorized access.
- Sharing another person's intimate content without permission.
You should never send sexually explicit images to another user unless you reasonably believe the recipient wants to receive them.
7. Consent
Consent is fundamental to interactions on iCrush.
You may not:
- Pressure or threaten someone into sexual activity.
- Encourage sexual activity after someone has refused.
- Use intoxication, threats, financial pressure, employment, housing, immigration status, or another person's vulnerability to obtain sexual activity.
- Record sexual activity without the knowledge and consent of everyone involved where consent is required.
- Share sexual photographs or videos of another person without their consent.
- Threaten to publish another person's intimate photographs or videos.
- Use private sexual content to blackmail or control another person.
- Encourage, celebrate, or promote sexual assault or rape.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
A previous relationship, sexual interaction, exchange of photographs, or prior consent does not create permanent consent for future activity or distribution of content.
8. Non-Consensual Intimate Content
You may not upload, transmit, share, threaten to share, sell, distribute, or promote intimate images or videos of another person without that person's consent.
This includes:
- Revenge pornography.
- Secretly recorded sexual activity.
- Intimate recordings made without permission.
- Leaked private photographs or videos.
- Content obtained by hacking or unauthorized access.
- Manipulated or synthetic sexual imagery depicting an identifiable person without consent.
- Threats to expose intimate material.
- Sextortion.
iCrush may remove such content and restrict or terminate accounts involved in its distribution.
9. Sexual Violence and Exploitation
Content or behavior that promotes, depicts, threatens, celebrates, or facilitates sexual violence is prohibited.
You may not:
- Threaten rape or sexual assault.
- Encourage another person to commit sexual assault.
- Seek individuals for non-consensual sexual activity.
- Advertise or request sexual activity involving force or lack of consent.
- Promote drug-facilitated sexual assault.
- Share recordings of actual sexual assault.
- Encourage others to ignore or override another person's refusal to participate in sexual activity.
Consensual discussions between adults concerning sexual interests do not excuse conduct that facilitates real-world violence or non-consensual activity.
10. Scams, Fraud, and Financial Exploitation
You may not use iCrush to deceive users for financial or other material gain.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Romance scams.
- Investment scams.
- Cryptocurrency scams.
- Advance-fee scams.
- Fake emergencies intended to obtain money.
- Requesting gift cards under false pretenses.
- Phishing.
- Fake employment opportunities.
- Lottery or prize scams.
- Identity theft.
- Payment fraud.
- Credit card fraud.
- Fake charities.
- Impersonating military personnel, government officials, celebrities, businesses, or other individuals for fraudulent purposes.
- Soliciting banking passwords, account credentials, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information.
- Establishing romantic or emotional relationships for the primary purpose of financially exploiting another person.
Users should exercise caution before sending money, financial information, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or other items of value to someone they meet through iCrush.
11. Commercial Sexual Services
iCrush may not be used as a marketplace for prostitution, escorting, pornography, or commercial sexual services.
You may not:
- Offer sexual activity in exchange for money, gifts, housing, travel, drugs, or other compensation.
- Request or purchase sexual services.
- Advertise escort services.
- Recruit users for commercial pornography.
- Promote businesses primarily providing sexual services.
- Act as an intermediary arranging commercial sexual encounters.
- Use coded language intended to circumvent these restrictions.
This prohibition does not prevent users from discussing legitimate dating preferences, financial compatibility, careers, lifestyles, or relationships where no commercial sexual transaction is being offered or arranged.
12. Harassment and Abusive Behavior
You may not harass, intimidate, threaten, abuse, or deliberately target other users.
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Repeatedly contacting someone after they have clearly asked you to stop.
- Creating new accounts to contact someone who has blocked you.
- Threatening physical or sexual violence.
- Blackmail.
- Extortion.
- Stalking.
- Coordinated harassment.
- Encouraging other users to target an individual.
- Sending repeated unwanted sexual messages.
- Sending unsolicited sexually explicit material.
- Publishing another user's private information to encourage harassment.
- Threatening a person's employment, family, immigration status, reputation, or personal relationships.
Users are expected to respect blocks, boundaries, and requests to stop communicating.
13. Hate and Discriminatory Conduct
iCrush is designed to serve members of the LGBTQ+ community and others who participate appropriately in the platform.
You may not attack, threaten, dehumanize, or advocate violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as:
- Race.
- Ethnicity.
- National origin.
- Religion.
- Disability.
- Sex.
- Sexual orientation.
- Gender.
- Gender identity.
- Other legally protected characteristics.
Dating preferences may be expressed respectfully. Using preferences as a basis for harassment, degrading statements, threats, or targeted abuse is prohibited.
14. Impersonation and False Identities
You must represent yourself honestly.
You may not:
- Impersonate another person.
- Pretend to be a celebrity, public figure, business, organization, or iCrush employee.
- Use another person's photographs without authorization.
- Create deceptive profiles intended to mislead other users about who you are.
- Falsify verification materials.
- Manipulate identity verification systems.
- Use stolen identity documents.
- Sell, transfer, rent, or purchase verified accounts.
- Create accounts to evade enforcement against another account.
Nicknames and usernames are permitted, but you may not use them to materially deceive users about your identity.
15. Fake, Misleading, or Manipulated Content
You may not intentionally use materially deceptive content to misrepresent your identity.
This may include:
- Photographs falsely presented as photographs of yourself.
- AI-generated people presented as your real identity.
- Deepfakes designed to impersonate another person.
- Heavily manipulated content intended to deceive users about who is operating an account.
- Fraudulent verification materials.
Ordinary photo editing, filters, lighting adjustments, or cosmetic modifications do not automatically violate this policy. The determining factor is whether the content is being used to materially deceive other users.
16. Privacy and Personal Information
Respect other people's privacy.
You may not disclose another person's private or sensitive information without authorization.
This may include:
- Home addresses.
- Private telephone numbers.
- Personal email addresses.
- Government identification numbers.
- Financial account information.
- Passwords.
- Authentication codes.
- Private medical information.
- Private employment records.
- Precise real-time location information.
- Other information that could reasonably expose someone to identity theft, harassment, stalking, or physical danger.
Do not use information obtained through iCrush to locate, monitor, stalk, or harass another person outside the platform.
17. Violence and Threats
You may not use iCrush to threaten, encourage, organize, or facilitate serious violence.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Credible threats of physical harm.
- Soliciting someone to harm another person.
- Planning violent attacks.
- Encouraging suicide or serious self-harm directed at another person.
- Promoting terrorist activity.
- Recruiting for violent extremist organizations.
- Providing operational assistance for violent criminal activity.
iCrush may contact appropriate authorities when we reasonably believe there is an imminent threat to someone's safety.
18. Drugs and Controlled Substances
You may not use iCrush to sell, purchase, distribute, traffic, manufacture, or arrange the transfer of illegal drugs or unlawfully distributed controlled substances.
You may not use the platform to recruit users into drug trafficking or facilitate transactions involving illegal controlled substances.
19. Weapons and Dangerous Goods
You may not use iCrush to illegally sell, distribute, obtain, or arrange transactions involving weapons, explosives, or other dangerous goods.
You also may not threaten another person with a weapon through the platform.
20. Spam and Platform Manipulation
You may not interfere with the normal operation of iCrush or use the platform primarily to spam or manipulate other users.
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Sending substantially identical unsolicited messages to large numbers of users.
- Automated messaging without authorization.
- Creating large numbers of accounts.
- Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated systems without permission.
- Artificially manipulating likes, matches, votes, rankings, engagement, or popularity.
- Posting repetitive advertisements.
- Promoting unrelated products or services through unsolicited communications.
- Distributing malware.
- Phishing.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, moderation systems, account restrictions, or security measures.
- Scraping profiles or user information without authorization.
22. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may not:
- Access another user's account without permission.
- Request another user's password or authentication code.
- Attempt to circumvent security systems.
- Sell or transfer your account without authorization.
- Share an account for the purpose of avoiding enforcement.
- Use stolen credentials.
- Access iCrush through unauthorized technical methods intended to bypass security restrictions.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact iCrush promptly.
23. Multiple Accounts and Ban Evasion
iCrush may restrict the number of accounts an individual can maintain.
You may not create another account to:
- Circumvent a suspension.
- Circumvent a permanent ban.
- Contact someone who blocked you.
- Evade identity verification.
- Continue prohibited conduct.
- Manipulate platform features.
iCrush may identify and restrict accounts reasonably believed to be connected to previously suspended or terminated users.
24. Usernames, Bios, Profiles, and Other Public Content
Public-facing information must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
We may remove usernames, biographies, photographs, posts, room names, comments, or other content that:
- Contains sexually explicit material.
- Promotes illegal activity.
- Contains threats.
- Impersonates another person.
- Contains prohibited hate or harassment.
- Advertises prohibited commercial services.
- Contains another person's private information.
- Attempts to circumvent moderation controls.
- Directs users toward scams, malware, or deceptive websites.
- Otherwise creates a material safety risk for the iCrush community.
25. Chatrooms and Community Features
All iCrush community spaces, including chatrooms, feeds, public discussions, comments, and similar features, are subject to this policy.
Additional community rules may be displayed within particular features.
Users may not use community spaces to:
- Spam.
- Harass other users.
- Post pornography.
- Facilitate illegal activity.
- Share private information.
- Organize attacks against individuals or groups.
- Circumvent platform moderation.
- Distribute malicious links or malware.
Room creators, moderators, or hosts do not have authority to override this Acceptable Use Policy.
26. Missed Connections and Similar Features
Users must take particular care when posting information about individuals they encountered in public.
You may not use a missed connection or similar feature to:
- Reveal someone's home address.
- Reveal someone's precise location in a way that creates a safety risk.
- Stalk or track another person.
- Publish sexual photographs of another person.
- Publicly accuse someone of criminal conduct without legitimate justification.
- Harass or humiliate an identifiable individual.
- Share private information.
- Identify or sexualize minors.
Descriptions should contain only the information reasonably necessary to allow two adults who may have encountered each other to reconnect.
27. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report accounts, messages, photographs, posts, or other activity that may violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
Reports may be reviewed using automated systems, human moderators, or a combination of both.
Where available, users should use the reporting tools within iCrush.
You may also contact:
Reports should contain enough information for us to reasonably locate and review the relevant content or account.
Knowingly submitting false reports for the purpose of harassing another user may itself violate this policy.
28. Emergency Situations
iCrush is not an emergency service.
If you believe you or another person is in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement agency.
Do not rely on an iCrush report as a substitute for emergency assistance.
29. Investigations
iCrush may investigate suspected violations of this policy.
As part of an investigation, we may review available account information, content, reports, verification records, device or technical information, and other information available to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may temporarily restrict an account while an investigation is pending.
Users may be asked to provide additional identity, age, or account verification.
30. Enforcement
We may take action when we reasonably determine that an account, user, or content violates this policy or creates an unacceptable risk to users or the platform.
Enforcement may include:
- Removing content.
- Limiting content distribution.
- Issuing a warning.
- Restricting particular features.
- Requiring additional verification.
- Temporarily suspending an account.
- Permanently terminating an account.
- Preventing creation of future accounts.
- Preserving information where legally appropriate.
- Reporting conduct to law enforcement or other authorities where required or permitted by law.
The severity of enforcement may depend on factors such as the nature of the violation, potential harm, intent, previous violations, and applicable legal requirements.
Certain serious violations may result in immediate permanent termination without a prior warning.
31. Serious Safety Violations
The following conduct may result in immediate account termination:
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Suspected child sexual abuse material.
- Human trafficking or sex trafficking.
- Credible threats of serious violence.
- Sexual assault or facilitation of sexual assault.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Sextortion.
- Serious stalking.
- Organized fraud or romance scams.
- Impersonation for fraudulent purposes.
- Serious exploitation of another user.
- Attempts to evade enforcement following serious safety violations.
This list is not exhaustive.
32. Cooperation With Law Enforcement
iCrush may preserve, disclose, or provide information to law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other governmental authorities when required by valid legal process or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. See our Law Enforcement Guidelines.
We may also take appropriate action where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to address an emergency involving a risk of death or serious physical injury, subject to applicable law.
33. No Retaliation for Reporting
You may not threaten, harass, intimidate, blackmail, or retaliate against another person because they reported conduct to iCrush, law enforcement, or another appropriate authority.
34. Attempts to Circumvent This Policy
Attempts to evade these rules are also prohibited.
Changing spelling, using coded language, moving prohibited transactions to another communication service, using multiple accounts, or using other methods to conceal prohibited behavior does not make the behavior permissible.
Conduct beginning on iCrush may be considered when enforcing this policy even if part of the prohibited activity later takes place outside iCrush.
35. Conduct Outside iCrush
iCrush generally does not control users' conduct outside the platform.
However, we may restrict or terminate an account when credible information indicates that a user presents a serious safety risk to the iCrush community, including circumstances involving:
- Sexual violence.
- Child exploitation.
- Human trafficking.
- Serious stalking.
- Credible threats of violence.
- Organized fraud targeting iCrush users.
Any such decision may take into account the reliability of the information available and the seriousness of the potential risk.
36. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to reflect changes to our services, safety practices, legal requirements, or community standards.
When appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes through the iCrush platform, website, email, or other reasonable means.
Continued use of iCrush after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
37. Relationship to Other iCrush Policies
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the iCrush Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable rules.
If particular features contain additional rules, those additional rules also apply.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a violation of the terms governing your use of iCrush.
